This is a very simple clam recipe; you’ll need butter, your manila clams, a little bit of wine or beer, shallots, parsley and some lime juice.
Use a heavy pan, put it on the grill, heat the pan and the butter, sauté the shallots or the onions
add the manila clams with a little bit of white wine, put on the parsley, after about 5 min they’ll pop open naturally
then you can put on a little bit of your lime juice and it’s ready.
